At Braveloncosh, we want you to absolutely love every piece you bring into your home. If a product doesn’t perfectly fit your vision, we are committed to making the return process as simple and transparent as possible.

To initiate a return, please email our dedicated support team at service@braveloncosh.com with your Order Number and the Item Name(s) you wish to send back. We offer a generous 180-day window from the date of delivery to request a return.


1. Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth process, please verify that your items meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Pre-Approval: Returns sent back without prior authorization from our Customer Service Team cannot be accepted.

  • Final Sale: Please note that sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Initial shipping costs and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

2. Return Shipping & Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the specific return address and detailed instructions.

  • Shipping Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Processing Time: We strive to process all returns efficiently. Please allow up to 14 days after we receive the item for your return to be fully processed.

  • Refund Issuance: Once processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. If the refund does not appear within 7 business days of our confirmation email, please contact us so we can investigate immediately.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but we know accidents can happen during transit.

  • Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your homeware immediately upon arrival.

  • Our Solution: If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at service@braveloncosh.com right away.

  • The Braveloncosh Promise: In most cases involving faulty items, you won’t need to ship the item back. We will resolve the issue promptly by sending a free replacement to make it right!

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase first. Once the return is approved, you can simply place a new order for the desired item on our website.

5. Order Cancellations & Corrections

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Because we move quickly to fulfill orders the next morning, we cannot accept cancellations outside of this window.

  • Corrections: If you need to fix a shipping address or order error, please contact us immediately before the item ships. We are always happy to assist with adjustments while the order is still in our facility.

6. Lost Packages

Our estimated delivery window is 3–10 business days (depending on your region, plus processing time).

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days for unforeseen courier delays.

  • If your gear still hasn’t arrived after a total of 15 business days, contact us and we will ship a replacement immediately.
