You will receive a bespoke confirmation email as soon as our fulfillment team begins preparing your order.

Can I modify my order once it's placed? We operate with a "Same-Day Precision" model. If you need to pivot on a choice, please email service@braveloncosh.com before 11:00 PM (CST) on the day of purchase. After this window, your pieces are likely already being prepared for their journey to you.

What happens if my order isn't perfect? We strive for perfection, but if a piece arrives damaged or doesn't meet the Braveloncosh standard, we don't want you to worry about the hassle of return shipping for faulty goods. Send a photo to service@braveloncosh.com, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement immediately.
